"A few things - the place is controlled via iPads and tech there isn’t a phone or room service or anything to connect with the staff. Elevators are all controlled through key pads and you have to check yourself in and do all the work to get your keycard working. While the staff are helpful and friendly it seems that iPads run the show. There was an issue with the wifi and therefore temperature control etc in the room as you can’t change it without an iPad or wifi. The showers are separate from the toilets and not ideal. It’s ok to experience this kind of hotel but would not stay again. "

"Decent value for an hotel in Amsterdam and a situated in a convenient location in De Pijp, with several nearby tram stops and a Lidl close by. The room itself was functional but could benefit from some attention. The bed felt a little uneven, the shower drained rather slowly, and there were scuff marks on the walls along with some dust around the top of the door frame. The television was positioned facing away from the bed, there was no headboard, and the hand lotion dispenser appeared to leak. Overall, the location and price are the main strengths, though the room’s condition could be improved."

"Generally very good stay. Initially we were not totally impressed with the room allocated: the 'canal view' was more petrol station view and the bathroom was tired. Fortunately, another room was available with a better view and a much better bathroom. Small issue with allergen advice at breakfast with staff needing a little more awareness and understanding of the severity of not giving the correct information the first time; all resolved in the end. "
