“This is not in any way a luxury hotel. The rooms are old and outdated and lacked normal amenities that you would find in a luxury hotel. We had one piece of tissue left in the tissue box, I requested a new tissue box and the very next day it appeared to have been handled but found only one tissue was put in the empty box! Seriously? We needed a flashlight to use the bathroom as the light did not work, and we told the desk who did nothing to fix it. No coffee maker in the room and no fresh coffee...
