"Overall, we had a very good experience at this hotel. The hotel is nice and clean, with an excellent location, very good breakfasts, and a great restaurant on the premises.
The housekeeping staff is wonderful, especially Iryna. She was extremely professional, pleasant, polite, friendly, and always made sure everything was perfectly clean. We really appreciated her excellent service!
There were a couple of things we found inconvenient. We stayed in a two-level duplex suite with two full bathrooms, which was great, one upstairs, one downstairs. The only toilet downstairs required going down about 10 steps from the bedroom, which was especially inconvenient in the middle of the night.
The underground parking was also quite difficult and inconvenient to use, especially considering that it costs €20 per day.
Despite these issues, our overall impression was very positive. The wonderful location, good service, and, of course, gorgeous Deauville made our stay very enjoyable."
