"The property both inside and out was very clean, one of the cleanest I have stayed in. The breakfast area was immaculate. All the staff were friendly, helpful and responsive. Catherine in the dining area, made sure the tables were clean as guests vacated them. She also kept the food area clean and made sure to speak to everyone who ate there, including children. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting the Boone area!"

"Very clean , free parking. The only thing that was unusual, dirty linens were left outside one of the rooms for a stay. I notified front desk and because the amount of people staying there , I was told that housekeeping does that occasionally when the laundry shoot is full. This was not a big issue.
