"I stayed at this hotel for over a week and my experience was great. The room was clean and contained everything I needed to this lengthy stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful (special shout out to Asia at the front desk). The laundry/housekeeping staff start early in the morning, and I did wake up to laundry carts earlier than I would have preferred but I noticed they worked long days so I understand the early start. The breakfast buffet was consistent. Not a lot of variety but it was good. The location of the hotel was convenient to local eateries as well as the beach."

"Although it wasn't what was depicted in the pictures, the room was comfortable, the air conditioning cold, and the provided pans, plates, utensils, dishsoap and drinking glasses (upon asking) worked well. Shower water got hot quickly, freezer and stove worked well. Parking was well lit and never too crowded. On the downside, the fridge I had did not get very cold, and the floor was dirty with some missing/broken tiles. My card stopped working a few times both for my room door and the outside door. All that being said, the staff was always there at any time of day, friendly and helpful, to address my concerns. It is super convenient to the mall and some good local restaurants and watering holes. All in all, I found it to be a good value for my money."

"Front desk staff was rude and very hard to communicate with. He was not helpful or informative at all and I had to go back to the front desk a few times after he gave conflicting information to us. The gal that checked in after us also had a hard time with him and went up and down the stairs multiple times after he kept giving her the wrong room number. There is also a parking fee that is NOT mentioned beforehand and the amount he charged depends on his mood apparently because we were stated 2 different amounts. If we didn't pay it, he said we could park on the main street. The rooms and decor are very old and smelly and could use an upgrade. The area itself is OK, and just a short drive to multiple seafood restaurants and shopping by the beach. The parking lot is sketchy but if you just need a place to sleep and shower then it's doable. Best thing about this hotel, it has an elevator!"
