The premises are clean, the rooms have air conditioning and heating, there is a breakfast buffet from 6:30am-9:30am, and you can get free toothpaste at the front desk. The parking lot is small but we got lucky and didn’t have to look for street parking.

The staff were amazing. They were always helpful and I never experienced such a friendly and welcoming group of employees. The only concern I had with the hotel was the one of the two elevators was out of service throughout my 5-day stay, and the one working elevator died one morning. Several guests were trapped for about an hour until rescued by the LA Fire Department. I would nevertheless recommend this hotel, with the one caution that you might want to request a room on a lower floor.
