Amazing Hotel :)

It was a truly perfect stay! TY was incredibly helpful and kind. If I have the chance, I would definitely stay here again. It's relatively new, so it was clean and spacious, which was nice. The food service for lunch, dinner, and breakfast was excellent, and the gym and spa facilities were all excellent.:) There's also a shopping mall right in front, so it was convenient to be able to walk there. I highly recommend it!!

This property was beautifully renovated. I visited with my teen daughter and felt very safe in the hotel and surrounding area. This hotel is very centrally located so if you are looking to hit up many sites in LA this is a great spot. Quiet and a little off the beaten path but definitely walkable to shopping (Century City) and Beverly Hills area. We booked the Gold level and it was great, They had a separate concierge lounge that you can get small breakfast items/appetizers/snacks and grab water/soda on the go. Bella (the other staff as well in the Gold level) were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Right next to the world class mall, shopping and dining are within walking distance. Also in walking distance is Beverly Hills. The Fairmont gold experience was excellent as they serve drinks and food all day with friendly and professional staffers.

Overall a wonderful stay. Some soundproofing issues in room (could clearly hear coughing in next room and from above furniture being moved and click-clacking heels) but wasn't continuous. Best shower we've had in years, Le Labo bath amenities...nice, super comfortable bed, well furnished and designed room. Some minor service issues/annoyances (check in slow with one person), Gold Level buffet being cleared off right at 10AM so missed that amenity as unaware of cut-off time, even though maybe a minute late to arrive. That being said beautiful hotel, excellent gym, great location, excellent food and bar service, very comfortable room. Despite a couple of hiccups, would be very happy to stay there again for more than just a night.
