I booked this hotel last minute after the original hotel I booked disappointed me upon arrival. The room was super clean and the front staff were very professional and receptive. They have excellent in-room dining services so choose full board at booking and they will take care of your food needs. They also provide tours so check with them after booking and get picked up from the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel!

We arrived at 2am. We had contacted the hotel at the time of booking to advise this as our flight from the UK landed at 1am. On arrival, we were told our room hade been cancelled by the hotel because it wasn’t prepaid and we had not arrived before midnight. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful. After approx. 30 mins, he agreed to provide us with a room. The room was okay for the money. However, we had to return to reception for toilet paper as none was provided!

The hotel isn't bad, I recommend it. I don't remember if I actually paid for it through this website, but I'm sure they charged me when I arrived, and it was about two or three times more than the price they quoted me here. It's not that I couldn't afford it, because I paid without any problems, but I don't like it when they quote one price initially and then come up with a different one later.

The staff was mostly wonderful, especially the young man shuttle driver who picked me up in a car. He was very friendly, enthusiastic, humorous, and helpful. His name escapes me, but he had a Hanuman image for his WhatsApp account (for airport pickup). Communication via Expedia messages before arriving was minimum and unhelpful, until I contacted Expedia support, who then contacted the front desk. The front desk supervisor or manager sincerely apologized upon arrival, explaining that they didn’t realize I had sent messages until Expedia contacted them. But I’m mentioning this in the review just in case it happens again to another guest. Unfortunately, my initial room had dozens of tiny, long, black bugs moving around on the bed, which is why this review was downgraded. I don’t want to leave a high rated review just in case management doesn’t resolve the root cause of this issue, and another guest ends up having the same experience. I’m giving a very fair 3 star review since: 1) the front desk supervisor or manager handled the situation in a professional manner, by moving me to a different room that didn’t have any bugs. 2) most of the staff were genuinely kind and helpful, especially the bellhop staff and room + restaurant servers 3) this place was decent and overall clean, though the building itself is older and a bit worn down than it appears in the photos 4) I really appreciated free shuttle (car) service being available even very early in the morning (5 am)

I stayed at this hotel for a very short overnight layover near Delhi Airport, checking in around midnight and leaving again at 5 AM. For this type of stay, the hotel had many positives. The location is excellent and extremely convenient for airport connections. The price was very affordable, and the room was surprisingly large, clean, and equipped with all the essential amenities. For comfort and value alone, the experience could easily have been a five-star stay. However, there were a couple of issues that affected my brief visit. Unfortunately, there was no hot water available for a shower, a big disappointment after a long travel day. Given how late it was, I didn’t request assistance, as I needed to maximize the little rest time I had. The hotel advertises an airport shuttle, and in principle it’s included, but they require 24 hours’ notice. I reached out a few hours short of that to ask about pickup from the airport and never received a reply. As a result, I had to arrange Uber rides for both arrival and departure. Overall, the hotel offers great value, excellent location, and comfortable rooms, but communication and basic services (like hot water) could be improved. For a short layover, it’s still a solid option if you manage expectations and plan your transportation in advance.
