AVOID THIS HOTEL
Fraud, liars and charters...that's the best i could say about this hotel. My booking was for Hotel Regent Intercontinental but upon arrival they put me to Hotel regent continental which is a run down hotel for the same hotel chain. The room was not cleaned, it had the garbage in the draws and with heavy smoke odor and they claim it's all non-smoking room. I called the house keeping to clean the room and spray the air freshener. My booking was for a king bed but was given 2 single bed join together and it was so uncomfortable to sleep. In the morning there was no hot water and the front desk staff (Sorav or shobam something is he's name) is a BIG liar and he didnt know what he was saying. He just kept lying. They gave me such a hard time that I had to call the Indian Police and press the chargers against this hotel for fraud. The pics for the rooms shown on the sites are misleading, the rooms are no way close to what the pics say. The hotels.com and other booking agents should verify the pictures before they sell this hotel because it's very misleading when you book from a foreign country.
I cancelled my other 3 days and booked at a better hotel and i didnt pay for one night because of the inconvenience i had to go through.
