The staff were so accommodating, kind, patient, knowledgeable and happy. The area felt very safe, good restaurants in the beautiful mall, easy to hail cabs and the hotel was easy to get to from the hotel. Our room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and even though there was chaos outside from just the local traffic, our hotel room felt calm. We’d stay again without hesitation

A comfortable and safe hotel in Delhi

Very nice, available and service-minded staff! Clean and spacious room with very comfortable bed (booked the basic room standard). Had some really nice dinners at hotel. Big breakfast buffet, but with few "western" breakfast choices. Aircondition in room not adjustable. Hotel is situated next to a big mall area with several restaurant options. In all had a very pleasant stay and can warmly recommend this hotel!

Room was great. Overall experience was good. I didn’t ask for room service at all. When I was coming back to my room I saw the door open. The custodian was in there cleaning the room. I felt really uncomfortable as I had my valuables and bags open in the room.

Best Staff Ever, Caring and Warm

Great Location, easy connectivity to major shopping areas, amazing choice of restaurants next door. This is a great hotel for business trips and transit in Delhi. We were with family and had connecting rooms which was a true pleasure. Cleanliness can be improved, it's decent. Staff is absolutely a delight, extremely helpful and resourceful. Front office staff Indra & Bhuwan went out of their way to guide us and help us and we are very Thankful to them. Jyoti in food and Bhan in service were also very caring and took pride in their work. Such a pleasure to have warm and caring staff. Only con is that the wine shop opposite may not be best suited atmosphere for family with small children.

Ich habe mich hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Mein Zimmer (303) war ausreichend groß, absolut sauber, mit einem super bequemen Sessel, Schreibtisch, Haartrockner, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, beleuchtetem Kleiderschrank und Minibar ausgestattet. Warmwasser schnell und zuverlässig. Großes Bett mit einer sehr guten Matratze. Alles hat gut funktioniert. Es war das ruhigste Zimmer während meiner Rundreise durch Rajasthan, weder von außen noch von Nachbarn oder Flur habe ich etwas gehört. Gutes Frühstück innen oder auf der Terrasse. Select Citywalk Mall und DLF Mall fußläufig 2 Minuten entfernt mit guten Shoppingmöglichkeiten und netten Restaurants. Qutb Minar, Mughal Garden und Lotustempel auch nicht weit. Zum/Vom Flughafen 30 - 50 Minuten, je nach Verkehr.
