"Currently there are no amenities available until the summer season. The Drinkwaters Lounge/Restaurant is closed until the summer season. Meals are available at many restaurants in Port Alberni 18 km east of the hotel, This should be highlighted and pointed out to guests during the booking. If you arrive late at night, hungry and tired, you may be SOL. When you get to your room, you'll forget you're hungry and tired and enjoy the large room with beautiful view of Sproat Lake. I would suggest that the rooms to be allocated during the off-season be supplied with cold breakfast items for use by the occupants."

"The location of this resort is awesome, the rooms were very nice and nice views of the harbour. the staff was very helpful, in recommendations for food and events. it is less than a 20 minute walk into the heart of Tofino with lots of shops. Took a surfing lesson from a place across the street. All of the local tours are all within 20 minute walk from hotel. Great restaurant (The Shelter) within 2 minute walk, great food right on the water."
