“Nice rennovation. Handy pool access. Good floor plan. Close to restaurants for walk/drive. Excellent natural foods coop down the road. Bed comfy. Nice modern outdoor seating and dining options surrounding pool courtyard. A few fixture issues in bathroom. Needs a vertical grab bar on wall to get in/ out shower and not rely on glass panel as a handle. Bath faucet not securely installed. Towel rack had been repaired but not finished. No freezer in fridge, and took overnight to chill. Fun photo...
