“What a wonderfully unique property. So glad I booked this location. I did not use the map on the back of the check-in instructions so finding the room was difficult in the dark but I blame myself. A heads up to those booking, it is a large and wonderful outdoor campus so the map is very useful!!!
We felt very at home with the decor and the dining room/kitchen was out of this world!”

“The water heater has hot water fir maybe 2 minutes. I did report to the front desk. They seemed to try to fix it, but it did not get fixed. When I checkedin, the shower floor did not drain. Unterirdischer Gang zur Therme. Hotel und Spiele-Halle ist sehr sauber gehalten, im Zimmer gibt es auf Wunsch alle nötigen Utensilien (Wasserkocher, Babyflaschen-Wärmer, ...) für Babies. Einrichtung und Deko ist jetzt nicht super modern, aber sauber und gepflegt.”

“Leider wurde durch die Firma Expedia die beiden Kinder, welche ich angegeben habe nicht berücksichtigt. Es wurde die Kinder nicht an die Unterkunft weitergemeldet und somit wurde nur ein Zweibettzimmer reserviert. Doch bei der Rezeption wurde sofort nach einer Lösung gesucht und auch gefunden. Gottseidank, denn sonst hätte es ein großes Problem gegeben.”
