Fui con mi mujer y mi hija y disfrutamos de las facilidades que ofrece el sitio (piscina, pista de pádel). Quizás esté un poco alejado de Denia (aproximadamente a 2,5km), con lo que el desplazamiento al pueblo se hace más pesado.

GENIAL!!

Un lugar perfecto para ir en familia. La piscina fantástica con un horario muy amplio pero con algunas abispas alrededor. Hay supermercado a 300 m. Cerca de la playa y próximo Denia. Te dejan mantel, trapos de cocina y servilletas de papel. Tambien proporcionan un kit con balleta, jabon platos y esptropajo. Muy práctico. Lo único negativo es el horario de entrada. Hasta las 17h no te dan las llaves y a las 11h ya te hacen devolverlas.

Appartementanlage in Strandnähe

Da wir unter der Rubrik Hotels eine Unterkunft gesucht hatten, ist uns nicht klar gewesen, dass das angemietete Appartement für 3 Personen, eine kleine Wohnung in einer großen, meist von Eigentümern selbst genutzten Wohnanlage war. Sämtliche im Hotel zu erwartenden Services waren nicht zu haben. Wäschewechsel oder Frühstück, regelmäßiges Reinigen... Fehlanzeige. Die Wohnung war nicht gewischt. Die Einrichtung war einfachst und entsprach in kleinster Weise den abgebildeten Fotos von Expedia. Die Betten waren absolut durch, jede Feder der Matrazen war zu spüren, obwohl wir wenig wiegen ( um die 60 kgs ), das Bettsofa war so hinüber, dass man tagsüber nicht mal drauf sitzen konnte. Der im Inventar angekündigte Wasserkocher war nicht vorhanden... Die Schränke und Inhalte so verdreckt, dass wir erstmal Geschirr, Besteck und ..weil billiger... Eine Kaffeemaschine gekauft haben. Im Spülbecken gab es keinen Stopfen... Wir brauchten, weil keine Normgrösse eine Spülschüssel, die wir auch gekauft haben... Es gibt ja viele wunderbare Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Denia! Gut, dass ich schon sehr oft dort war und mir zu helfen wusste, sonst wäre ich verzweifelt. Der Hausmeister war übrigens extrem unfreundlich zu uns ... Das erwartet man auch nicht im "Hotel" .... Ich habe sowas bei Expedia noch nie erlebt und bin über den Veranstalter oder Verwalter SERVIDEN sehr sauer, zumal wir ähnliches in einer anderen Wohnanlage mit Serviden vor etwa 10 Jahren schon einmal erlebt haben

El sitio esta bien. El apartamento es grande y confortable. Las cortinas del baño estaban con negras de la humedad en los bajos y el sillón del salón poco cómodo e intratable para dormir. Por lo demás bastante bien.
