They should tell people you can't bring in a purse and they should tell people who are using will call that they need picture ID and credit card used to pay for the tickets BEFORE you come. And tell you where the will call booth is located. That is big place and we walked and walked before finding the will call window. With my 97 year mother, walking is a slow process!
