This unique hotel is brand new and the rooms are beautifully appointed. The only drawback is the lack of food available at the hotel. They offer a continental breakfast for a fee but that is the only food available right in the hotel. To dine you must go off site. The downtown area is not far and does offer some great choices.

This gem is hidden and I hope won’t change. Check in was ok- a few pieces of info was not given but the night staff were very helpful. Checkout was great. Beautiful hotel. I stayed in the city view room and the views are well worth the upgrade. Room is spacious and great layout. The bed was too soft for me so I didn’t sleep well. Overall stay was great.

Don’t let the location deter you! We didn’t know it was by the children’s hospital and attached to the orthopedic hospital! That’s perfectly fine! It is beautiful!! Brand new in January 2026 and clean as clean can be!! The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and roomy! The view is great!! It’s quiet, maybe even too quiet! Hot showers and clean linens! Parking is great too! Will definitely return and highly recommend. Sioux Falls is a beautiful town!!

We have never been disappointed with the Highpoint. The rooms are large and clean and comfortable. Love the large windows and the great layout od the room. Such a wonderful addition to the Sanford Campus.

A new hotel is always a good thing. The view from our room was fantastic. It was very quiet and that is always a good thing. If I were to make suggestions to visitors: Inquire how to raise and lower the blinds in rooms with the automatic raise and lower buttons. If there are two of you, request an additional set of shower soap, shampoo, etc. If I were to make suggestions to Highpoint: Improve bathroom lighting.
