Peaceful and relaxing 5-star hotel. Surrounded by nature with beautiful rice field views.
Staff was very attentive and friendly.
Spa was affordable and excellent service, as well as free activities at the hotel.
Breakfast was buffet providing a good spread and variety of western and eastern food, however we felt the menu was the same every day with slight variations.
Overall a great hotel that gives very good value for money.

The staff and the food are amazing. However, the block where I stayed and my room were badly in need of renovation. Damage to the floor tiles in my room could have led to cut feet if I hadn't worn flip flops and paid careful attention to where I was walking.

Alaya resort in Ubud is an excellent 5 star resort in the center of town. big clean rooms,nice pools,excellent breakfast and top notch services. Only complaint is check out was long and the young lady did not follow the queu formed in helping the process leaving us frustrated.
