Dårlig administrering af bestillinger
Da vi ankom til hotellet fik vi af vide vi ingen reservation havde og den bestilling jeg havde lavet var falsk igennem hotels.com. skulle selv gennemgå deres system for at finde min bestilling som vi først efter en time fik dem til at forstå vare betalt for og ægte. Værelset var givet til en anden og der var ikke styr på noget. Det eneste der ikke gjorde det fuldstændig elendigt var en middelmådig morgenmad

Convenient hotel in Denpasar
We only stayed for one night, late arrival and early check-out. Welcoming staff and decent and clean room, the toilet wasn't very clean tough.
They prepared our breakfast even when was out of the breakfast time.

A home away from home
My family and I stayed at the hotel for 8 days and 7 nights. Our experience with the staff was amazing. They took us in as if we were family and also provided us with a tour guide that was the best around and had more than reasonable prices and was very knowledgeable and resourceful. The turn down service was also great as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very deceiving hotel don't stay
We stayed for 2 nights room was tiny photo were deceiving
The bathroom smelt like urine
Wasn't the cleanest
They didn't have very good English
Wifi didn't work in the room
Breakfast was 2 pieces of toast
Location was bad not a tourist area
No windows
Do no recommend to anyone !!!

Hotel lumayan
Hotel ini cukup bersih untuk bermalam sebentar. Tapi saya tidak merekomendasikan untuk bermalam lama di hotel ini. Hotel ini juga disewakan perminggu dan perbulan, seperti tempat kos.

Comfortable hotel, basic but cheap.
The hotel was a little further from the airport than I'd thought, but was convenient for our pickup to Ubud the next day. The hotel was quite basic, no fridge or kettle, tea, coffee in the rooms, but beds were comfortable and the room clean. Ok as a stopover but probably not suitable for long stays.
