Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was horrible! Biscuits hard as rocks, eggs and sausage were cold. Other than that, would stay here again with lower expectations

The room was mostly clean, but the floor had visible dirt and bugs when I entered. The breakfast was not well stocked. There were no bagels the first day and no juice the second, but the ice, gym, and laundry were all adequate. The staff was helpful. I didn't have many problems, but they made the checkout process easy. The place is visibly worn down. The AC controls in my room had exposed buttons that were supposed to be under a plastic label. The elevator also broke while I was there, so if you or someone you are staying have mobility issues, you should insist upon a first-floor room, even if you would usually be fine on a higher floor. The bathtub is fairly small. If you are tall or plus sized, you will be bumping your elbows and the shower head might be too low. Also, the back door does not automatically latch and has to be pushed closed. Most people don't notice or don't do this, so it is possible for anyone to enter the hotel without a key card or passing the front desk. Overall, if you are in need of a cheap place to stay for a conference, it will do. If you are on vacation or have more money, go somewhere else.
