"Excellent location for a few night stay in Seoul. Hotel was nice and beds were comfortable. Room was a bit cold but staff were extremely helpful. Our special thanks to the supervisor lady at the front desk. She was so nice and helpful."

"I have stayed here at the Plaza for the fifth times. I like it because it is very central to everything, the subway station is right next door. For me its very convenient. But my last stay not so comfortable, fhe cleanliness was lacking. I personally chose this hotel for that reason because of cleanliness but not so sure anymore. The room was dusty and the side tables are dirty. For the price you spend here i expect better quality, and its supposed to be a 5 star hotel. Being a VIP access on expedia does not mean much, except for a bottle of wine and cookies. I asked for a late check out for just extra hour due to my late flight, but it wasn't even granted. I understand that they are booked for the day, i wasn't asking for the whole afternoon. But anyways.. being a regular at this hotel does not mean anything. This is just my personal opinion. Also, i had a request prior to my check in but i did not get a response at all. Reviews are supposed to be honest. This is my honest review this time around. "

"Overall, we did enjoy our stay at this hotel. Our suite was very nice. It was conveniently located. But view from our room was a construction site. Couldn't see the N Seoul Tower. Cons: 1) The breakfast options was terrible. It was mostly carbs: waffle, noodle, fried rice, japchae, salad pasta, toast & pastries, etc. Not too many other options. 2) The water pressure from our shower was terrible. It took us forever to finish taking a shower. 3) The tiny washing & drying machine was a rip off. It took 2 hours to finish one load of laundry, and another hour to dry it. "

"Love love love this place! My second time staying here and was just as good, super clean rooms and lovely staff, a super convenient location as well with the shopping streets within a five minute walk and easy access to public transport as well! Would definitely recommend :)"

"The location is great and it’s nice that breakfast is included, but I think the product selection could be better. The room space wasn’t very practical, and the floors looked a bit messy with things lying around. It would help to have more hangers and better mirror placement since there’s not much light where they are, especially in the bathroom where it gets foggy. Cleaning is said to be every four days, but even if you request it in advance, it’s not always guaranteed. Overall, an okay stay but with room for improvement."

"This hotel was wonderful in every way but the staff were truly exceptional - extremely helpful, gracious, friendly and lovely. The room was spacious, the mattress comfortable, daily housekeeping was meticulous, the bathroom was good sized, the shower was roomy and WiFi was excellent. The location of the hotel was also ideal for me. Subways are convenient and many sights are within walking distance. I have to close with more praise for the staff - they went above and beyond in their efforts to ensure my stay was perfect!! Thank you to the staff!!! One gentleman in particular helped me recover my phone which I accidentally left in the taxi upon arriving at the hotel. Needless to say, there were several hours of uncertainty but he worked tirelessly to help out and by midnight, my phone was returned! Only in South Korea!😊"
