"This is an exceptional hotel in the heart of soul within Seoul. Impeccable staff. Perfectly located. Beating presence all around from cafés restaurants to markets everyone from hotel staff to pass by on the street the perfect combination of self contained and welcoming. I cannot see enough good things about the hotel in the area. Highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for a family holiday. The main bedroom had a sliding door which was tinted but still let the light through from the living area. This was problematic as my toddler needed to sleep early in the room at night. The other room did not have a door. There is an oven/microwave and also a stove, however, if you want to do any cooking on the stove you have to rent equipment from the hotel. Location of the hotel is good, only a short walk from a number of train stations. There is also a convenience store just outside the reception and some restaurants nearby."

"The women’s restroom were useable but some were falling into disrepair the shower curtains were ripped in some. Breakfast was very helpful and decent. The location however is excellent ! Very near the subway line and in the heart of Myeongdong ! There’s also a convenience store across the street, for food and water. "

"It's ok, a bit of a walk to the center for shopping and restaurants. The hotel provided no amenities and ask you to go to 7-11 downstairs to buy,not to many staff speak english"

"This the the second time I’ve stayed at Lotte Hotel in Seoul and it will definitely not be the last. The hotel staff are very helpful, very kind and friendly. Its location is very convenient with access to public transportation and walking distance to popular areas Myeongdong and Namdaemun. I shall definitely book a stay at this hotel when I visit Seoul again."

"Exactly what we needed. Very clean, ideal location from Seoul station, surprisingly spacious, and quiet. Arrived late afternoon after long flight with plans for morning train to Gyeongju Hotel Manu has the perfect location. The restaurant (separate from hotel) on first floor was an added bonus. "

"Location was good but staff not helpful and the TV did not have language option to change to english. The walls were thin so could hear next room. "
