“The building was old and needs some maintenance and updating. The room was unfortunately dirty, the carpet particularly. had some sticky patches. The staff were very helpful and friendly, but the breakfast was overpriced for what was provided.”

“Really really bad.
Dirty, expensive, poorly maintained and had hardly any sleep due to kids screaming and playing knock a door run until 11pm.
Wouldn't recommend - we travel theme parks around the world and stay in on site accommodation regularly. This was by far the worst.”

“Website details & pictures; a different story to reality. Initial reception - given questionnaire with another guests details, spoke of our ‘standard room’ which I pointed out was incorrect - booked a superior room. MUCH whispering with a colleague and tapping of computer keyboard then told to wait whilst they sorted out a glitch with the system and issues with the superior room availability. Resolved by offering us an upgrade to a Junior Suite…’top of the range’ room. Joke…the website shows a...
