The indoor waterpark is fun if you have kids but I would otherwise pass on the hotel as it had many subpar features such as a very limited breakfast, no hot water, and a leaky toilet.

The ceiling in our first room was leaking water. We were moved to two other rooms due to them being a downgrade. There was clear water damage on the ceiling. Water slides were not operational. The pool/bar area was in disarray the morning we left. Water bottles, dirty paper plates, food, and trash were out everywhere as if there wasn’t an attempt to clean. Trash was all through the halls. Run down location. Would not stay again.

Pool wasn't open after we'd been told it was, so we canceled and left. Why pay for a poolside room when no pool was open? Also my daughter fell outside on the property in the parking lot, the security person was helpful with getting her up and bringing her bandages and salve. She broke skin in three places and broke her smart watch.

Was nice hotel little outdated in room curtains are very worn but overall room was clean. Breakfast was good nothing special waffles and cereal along with fruit and granola bars. Was disappointed Sunday when went down to breakfast early Sunday to watch Vikings game in the breakfast area(which is the bar in the hotel) asked to turn on tv(which were working sat morning) but was told they don't come with the breakfast area and the bar people won't be there until 11 to turn them on. 😔 will probaly stay again if in area the kids love the pools just needs some updating in rooms.

The pool area was fantastic and loved that they had lifeguards on duty. So much fun! The downside is that the rooms need much updating. It was difficult to find plug ins for phones/electronics. Carpets were worn but all around it was a good place to stay with kids.

A lot of areas in the halls smelled like marijuana and wet dog. The person who checked us in was incredibly kind and friendly. I was nervous to go back to ask for a different room but I don’t think I could have gotten any sleep in the first one with how strong the wet dog odor was. She was very understanding and switched us to a room that smelled much more neutral. There were large water damage spots on the walls and ceiling you could tell water had leaked into the room at some point, and part of our mattress was permanently crushed making you roll to one side. We chose this hotel based on the water park and I could deal with the room as long as the kids have fun, but the large water slides were not working. My kids were a little bummed about that.

The main waterpark feature was closed. Had we known this, we may have booked elsewhere as we have a 5 year old child who loves the water features here. This is the second time in the last 12 months that we have stayed here and had problems with Pirates Cove water features being accessible to guests. Also, no continental breakfast on Friday morning? Both of these items were in the online description. Restaurant under new management, again, unable to serve adult beverages. Been coming here once or twice a year for at least 15 years, sad to see it going downhill.

The room and property were okay.... Not the cleanest. The sofa bed was not a sofa bed, simply a sofa. The chair in the room was wet. Towels were stained. Doors were not aligned. Door handles were loose. Overall it was ok at best.

The staff was incredibly friendly! The back side of the property seemed unkept and unsafe. The door to our bathroom would not close. The ac would only function if the fan was in the on position. Nice hotel, friendly staff at front desk and restaurant. Oil staff a little grumpy. Need spaces for teenagers not old enough for hot tub and too old for 3 foot pool. Sheet in pull out couch smelled musty and were not sleep worthy
