Fantastic reception staff who couldn't have been more friendly or more helpful . Great location for the train station , and the Utsunomiya Don Quijote has a fantastic food hall .

Really nice hotel. Friendly staff. I left my suitcases twice, so I could go out and see the sights of Utsunomiya. I’ve stayed here twice now, and I’d recommend it just for the staff and how close it is to the station.

Close to station, fantastic breakfast

Very convenient location to Utsunomiya station. Checkin was seamless. The usual smallish business hotel room. Although it had a better layout than other places we've stayed, which made it easier with our luggage. Room vacuuming seems a bit slapdash as we found hair on the floor around the room. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the restaurant staff were fantastic. Like most business hotels the pillows were the flat buckwheat style, so not great.
