Top Location in Desenzano mit super Preis-Leistung

Top eingerichtete Zimmer, hervorragende Ausstattung, Zimmer Tignale unbedingt zu empfehlen, nettes Personal, nicht ganz zentral gelegen, zur Innenstadt ca. 2 Kilometer, trotzdem alles wirklich top.

Hôtel qui n' en est pas un.

Hôtel sans vue et vue déprimante...Piscine miniscule4m maximum !!! Sauna et Jacuzzi hors service.... Trop cher pour ce que c' est.... Maniement de l' électricité et de l' eau compliqué...Il faut mettre une clé pour que ça marche... C' est une résidence et non un hôtel... Personnel aimable... Cadeaux de bienvenue offerts... Pour ceux qui veulent du confort et des services hoteliers ce n' est pas ici..

Meget bra leilighet. Helt topp med terrasse og utsikt.Moderne og stilig innredning. Hadde vi hatt bedre tid ville vi vært her flere dager. Kommer gjerne igjen. Kan anbefales.

A due passi dal lago di garda.

La posizione degli appartamenti si trova in una zona abbastanza anonima a metà strada tra Desenzano e Sirmione per cui se piove lo spostamento in auto è necessario. Apprezzata la cortesia del personale. L'appartamento si presenta pulito in stile moderno e accogliente si segnalano un miscelatore malfunzionante e il riscaldamento a pavimento troppo alto. Alcuni elementi di arredo non sono indicati a famiglie con bambini piccoli al seguito. La TV non disponeva di canali italiani o almeno non siamo stati in grado di sintonizzarli. Apprezzata la disponibilità del Wi Fi e di biciclette per potersi fare un giro.

Lovely modern 2 bedroomed apartment

The apartments are in a residential area, 5 min walk to a pebble beach, 25 min walk to Desenzano centre (or there's a bus stop nearby) and 2 min walk to local shops and handful of restaurants. The pool and decking area was small but as there are only 6 apartments it wasn't busy. There were 4 bikes which residents could use free of charge. We would recommend a top floor apartment as we had a bit of noise from the apartment above (kids running around and chairs scraping across the floor late at night). Very secure with electric gates to access the driveway and shutters on all windows and doors and a safe to use in the apartment. Lovely place - recommended!

Ci torneremo Presto!!!

Ambiente Stupendo!Appartamenti Belli,Puliti e Confortevoli!Siamo stati accolti con molta gentilezza e disponibilità!Eravamo a un passo dal centro e a pochi chilometri dagli altri paesi da visitare!Siamo stati benissimo,nonostante il tempo con un po' di pioggia ci siamo goduti un bel fine settimana romantico!Sicuramente torneremo questa estate!Lo consiglio a tutti,dalle famiglie alle coppie giovani,dal gruppo di amici alla coppia meno giovane......un ambiente adatto a tutti!Tranquillo x chi vuole pace e divertente x chi vuole svagarsi (il centro di Desenzano è pieno di bei locali)......MERAVIGLIOSO!!!

It was a very nice and clean apartment. Its a bit outside the city center and you will probably need a car to drive to Desenzano or Sirmione. Probably perfect for a small family with kids. However there is an extra fee for cleaning if you stay less than 3 nights which we wasnt informered about. After a while of discussion we didnt have to pay it which was appreciated.

Super Zimmer und sehr nettes Personal

Wir (w, 30 Jahre) haben kurzfristig ein Appartment in dieser kleinen Anlage gebucht und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Anlage wurde täglich von netten Damen gehegt und gepflegt. Das Personal war immer freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gepflegt, ebenso der Pool im Aussenbereich. Zum See sind es ca. 2 min mit dem Auto und ca. 10 min zu Fuss. In der Siedlung ist ein Lebensmittelgeschäft, dass in 10 min zu Fuss erreicht werden kann. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können die Appartments ohne schlechtes Gewissen weiter empfehlen!

fast alles perfekt...

Leider wird zusätzlich Geld für neue Handtücher nach 2 Tagen gerechnet, bei dem Preis sollte Handtuchwechsel im Preis sein - dies war jedoch das einziges Manko.
