"Great staff, everyone was so welcoming and accommodating. One of the front desk lady workers gave us a great room (317) which we really loved. It was an amazing view of the pool and ocean. The resort arches are so amazing, just picturesque! My fiance and I loved hanging out at the cabanas and grabbing food from the beach bar. The activities held by staff were really fun and entertaining. Staff did a great job of trying to recruit people into the activities. Lastly the food was pretty great. We had breakfast at the buffet everyday (omelette and salsas were so good!). The skirt steak and chimichuri was pretty good as well! I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I wish was better is the lighting in the room. I think it was probably where my room was situated that I didn’t get the best lighting. All in all, it’s definitely not a deal breaker."

"i’ve stayed at bad all-inclusives before and almost never did it again due to bad food and cleanliness issues at other resorts in the past. THIS PLACE RESTORED MY FAITH. I 100% would come back. I’m writing this for other people who are like me who heavily rely on real reviews and are also extra cautious when it comes to food and cleanliness while on vacation. This place was amazing! Cleanliness was 10/10 the smallest details inside and outside the room were so clean it felt comfortable to actually sleep in the sheets and usually I’m weird and lay my own blankets over bed covers to sleep in hotels. I actually felt comfortable enough to enjoy the bed and it was also so comfy! Food was good for an all inclusive too- the coffee shop made great coffee! I can’t recommend this place enough. I will only come back here when in Cabo"

"There was frequent low pressure in the water in the room. I couldn’t flush the first day and other guests reported that they hadn’t been able to shower. They asked at every meal about allergies but then they still didn’t know our allergies. Which is excellent they ask but why does the hostess ask if the waitress doesn’t get told? The breakfasts were delish with awesome fruit platters. Get that. The beach restaurant should have sushi at supper. It was the best thing that restaurant offered and it was excellent. (I have a shellfish allergy and my daughter has a red meat allergy.) Otherwise the staff is kind and attentive and went out of their way to make my birthday feel celebrated. I would definitely go back without hesitation. We felt safe the entire time. "

"Very relaxing place. Not a party scene if that's what you're looking for thought the Infiniti pool can be very fun during the day. Food was pretty good. The Steakhouse was overrated in my mind. The Pool side restaurant The Corral was very good. The Pulled Pork sandwich is incredible."

"The hotel and the beach were nice. It was disappointing to learn that even though we are Diamond members with Hilton that none of our benefits were honored because we booked the trip with Expedia. I understand that they wouldn't give us points, but usually we feel a little special when staying at a Hilton and that was not the case here. We had paid for an oceanfront room and they gave us the room that overlooked the ocean as well as building material, trucks and equipment used around the hotel. Plus a bonus view of the neighboring hotel with a very active party scene and loud music. We requested a different room and they refused and later we found out that they were operating at 60% capacity when we arrived. The beach was nice and some of the staff members were very attentive, but whenever it came to set up beach chairs and umbrellas I couldn't find anyone to help. Maybe just bad luck. If you find a staff member named Javier, stick with him. He was super nice and very attentive. Overall not a bad experience, just some details. If they don't like to get bookings through Expedia, maybe they shouldn't list their hotel there or at least match the deals you can get. One last thing: The food at the hotel was almost as much as the stay and we didn't even have breakfast/lunch/dinner at the hotel every day. The restaurant Vela was very nice, but the food in the lounge was disappointing."
