"The place was good overall for the price. Staff was nice . The area around it seemed unsafe and lots of homeless people around the area. However the hotel was well lit and seemed like a safe spot. "

"The reason for such a high rating at this facility is because of the employees. Every interaction with staff was above and beyond any expectations that I had.
Yes the elevators may be confusing, some of the signage could be better, but the people that work here are top notch.
Special shout out to the front desk employees, especially those working around 4:00 p.m. on September the 21st and those working the morning shift September 22nd, the casino cash out employees and the very kind and professional security officer working at the lost and found the morning of September the 22nd.
I wish I paid more attention to the names so I could compliment them personally.
For the amount of money you pay to stay here, you're treated much better by the staff of the hotel down the street that cost twice as much."
"Overall a wonderful experience; we had dinner at top of the world restaurant excellent so convenient because it was just a few steps away. We had housekeeping room was nicely cleaned and organized. "

I book rooms here a few times a year there is so many restaurants available the steak houses are so good I def recommend the roulette dealers are awesome the rooms feel like old Las Vegas and it’s just a vibe love this hotel! "
"Very friendly staff. Clean and smell great. No cigarettes stack smells. Room very nice love the decor. Stayed in tower on 15 floor. Great view. The only thing airport transfer is only to the airport not airport to hotel. Bell trans was the most convenient and only 15 per person. Great girls location and close to Fremont Street "
