“Although the facilities are acceptable, my overall experience was mixed. While the rest of the staff was very nice, helpful, and accommodating, we had a major issue with one specific female staff member. Upon arrival, she was quite rude and flatly refused to answer basic questions about our reservation, stating that she would not assist us until 3:00 PM. “Excellent food!! Very good bar!! The room was pretty warm when we first entered The A/C only works in you have a room key inserted in the A/C relay. Had to wait a long time for the shower water to get hot, but it did get there. Service people were helpful, efficient and friendly. Will do anything to make your stay remarkable.”

“Wunderschöne Gartenanlage mit sehr sauberen schönen Zimmern. Das gesamte Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und ordentlich. Das Frühstück wird frisch zubereitet und serviert. Die typischen "Pfannkuchen" in Panama mit dem Fleischeintopf könnte ich jeden Tag essen. Kleine Renovierungen hier und da wären möglich aber für Panama insgesamt ein ausgezeichneter Standard. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei den herzlichen Gastgebern”

“The room was great. Clean, modern with good maintenance. WiFi was great. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Shopping and restaurants are close by. Only downside was you’re on a busy street so the traffic noise is unavoidable. ”

“Staff is very friendly but hotel is old, stained ceiling tiles, stained wall art. Needed a place to stay so we were a bit desperate. Bathroom was adequate and water pressure was good. Nothing fancy about the place and the price reflected that. ”
