“The staff at the reception were really friendly and helpful, which was impressive. The facilities are beautiful and the rooms are clean. But I had the worst experience at the restaurant. I visited alone on 3/30 to plan a group meal, and the male staff member in charge of my table was embarrassing and rude, which made the dinner I had high expectations so sad. First, I tried to discuss the wine to accompany the meal, but the staff stopped me and said they would call the wine server. But after a...

“Personnel accueillant”

“Worst hotel experience ever! Booking this hotel was one of the worst decision I've ever made...The lady who seemed liked the owner of the hotel is absolutely rude! She is super sarcastic (as you can see from her comments), frowning, shaking her head while talking in French to an employee in front of us so that we can't understand. Whatever her problem was, she shouldn't be managing a hotel. Her absurd behavior almost ruined our trip. I regret staying there.

“Très bien endroit reposant”

“Kind and friendly staff, Clean room”

“Excellent!”

“Sehr schöne Anlage in super Lage!”
