"Units are very basic with inadequate seating and tables. Rather worn but clean. Staff were all friendly and went out of their way to accommodate. Gorgeous beach and amenities on the property for guests. For a much lesser price tag than most resorts on the island, this is the place if location and beautiful beach are your priorities. "

Quiet, peaceful, lovely landscaping, beautiful view of the bay/Saint Martin, and at maximum, a 20 minute drive to anywhere we wanted to go. Ivor and the other staff we interacted with were warm, friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again!"

"There was only 1 sharp knife in the kitchen and 1 wine glass. Kitchen needs to be better equipped for potentially 4 people. Everything was clean. Staff was minimal but sufficient. Bed comfortable. Parking easy. We were not able to get TV to work despite directions provided. Mary was able to address any concerns we had including she had no record of our reservation. "
