"Amazing breakfast, helpful staff"

"Let me start by saying the room was clean and the people working there were all very pleasant and helpful. However the room that I ended up staying in was very rundown, poor water pressure, sink wobbly, and one side of the bed was completely collapsed. The walls were very thin, that if you room next door made a sound you would here it, and when taking a shower the sound of the water reverberate on that section of the floor. The room was plenty big. Breakfast was good! It's well located...

"We were disappointed to see huge discrepancy between the photos posted on Expedia and the actual look of the hotel and the room. There was no reception for 30 minutes, then we wanted to see our room. We were shocked to see such old beds and bathrooms which did not match at all to the pictures we saw online. We immediately declined to stay and we were not allowed to cancel and get a refund. I suggest Expedia to do more fact check about the true nature of the hotels posted on their website. We...
