โGreat family hotel. The hotel manager is very accommodating. (Five stars for Armen!) He helped with some unusual requests that came up due to family emergency and misunderstanding during booking. The hotel has a nice garden which ends at a small river. The rooms are spacious and clean. I travelled to Dilijan for a conference, but the town is famous as a vacation destination. โ
โWe stayed at the property in April 2025. It is located close to the ski resort, and the overall compound is excellent, with plenty of amenities available. The staff was very supportive, and the breakfast was decent.
Area of Improvement: Parking is not available near the reception area, which made luggage transfer a bit inconvenient.โ
โThe property was well decorated, inviting and clean. We had some problems with our shower drain being clogged and our kitchen sink as well. The walls are very thin so it can be challenging to find peace and quiet but itโs a very cute property.โ
