An okay option but definitely not a usual standard Marriott hotel. Apart from the lobby and the bar, the rest of the hotel is definitely not the usual standard. However, breakfast was not bad. l would try another hotel if I was to return to Tsaghkor. Room quality is definitely below par. The curtains didn’t even meet in the middle!

Disappointed stay at an overall good hotel

Have stayed at this hotel quite a few times during the years. This time i had to check in very early in the morning, around 2am. I get to the hotel and there is nobody at the check-in desk. I look around.. nobody. I check with the guy at the lobby bar and eventually this guy summons someone to the check-in desk. I get to the room. It’s COLD. Much much colder than in the corridors and everywhere else. I try turning the AC to heat, no luck. Now I’m trying to get some help, but nobody is answering the front desk phone. Not a positive experience overall. There also was a very noisy fan in the bathroom that would make this cricketing sound.
