"Apart from the slight confusion about the room being booked for 3 adults (expecting roll out bed) they tried to charge even when they saw the booking and said all rooms are for 2 adults. Expedia listings not representing of that. Hotel staff argued for a bit before they accepted the booking. Except that it was a great stay and a lovely city. Prom is a bit of a walk into the city but it was enjoyable kn good weather. Taxis are super cheap though. Use bolt to book them £2 ish each way"

"Nothing as described on your website . Not a deluxe room No microwave or tea coffee maker as advertised The accommodation was actually closed for refurbishment and we were the only people in the building . No bath as advertised. No nice view of the city. TV worked by internet so it buffered all the time until it went off about 9 pm and needed a code to use it which tbe one man there did not know . Only managed to stay one night despite booking for three. Airport Shuttle did not exist...

"The staff was absolutely fantastic! The rooms are clean and neat but smell heavily of smoke smell. Most of the guests smoke inside the rooms, unfortunately. Fitness room is pretty lame and the AC wasn’t working in it. Other than that, I would definitely come back. Oh and the restaurant is also very tasty and comfy!"

"Personalen på hotellet var väldigt ambitiosa och trevliga.Utmärkt frukost.Bra läge på hotellet i gamla stan.Flera restauranger i närheten.Det dåliga var att både wifi och tv fungerade mindre bra."
