“Das Personal ist sehr sympathisch und stets bemüht, die Wünsche zu erfüllen. Alle sind sehr hilfsbereit, wenn Fragen sind bzw. kleine Probleme entstehen, z.B. als mein Schuh kaputt ging, hat ihn mir ein Techniker dort kostenfrei repariert. Man fühlt sich rund um wohl, wie zu Hause.”

We only stayed one night for the Europa League final and asked for an extension as we had to catch the night train to Tbilisi, fortunately the room was free and we were allowed to stay until 6pm for free. The hotel itself was of a high standard, the bathroom in particular was great. I would happily stay again.”

“The good: staff deserves five gold stars for service, efforts and friendliness. Breakfast is great, enough choices. One of the staff managers Samir was going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Professional skills, friendliness and a great sense of humor really made him a star of the show.
