"Wonderful resort & staff! Beautiful spaces that are clean and well taken care of. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The food was excellent! Some standout staff members: Alexa - hosted the eye of god art class. She was so kind and did an amazing job explaining the lore behind the craft and the cultural impact of it. She should host more art classes! Luis - personal concierge. Beyond helpful with every question we had, arranging all our meals and regularly checking in to make sure our stay was excellent. Gustavo - pool concierge, he not only remembered my whole family by name but would regularly bring toys and Floaties to my son which made his time at the pool so much more fun! He moved umbrellas to make sure we were in the shade, protected our items when we were in the pool and said goodbye before he finished his shift - one of the best staff members we’ve met in all of Mexico!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful family vacation at Hotel Riu Vallarta! The resort was beautiful, the food was great, and we really enjoyed the pools and beach. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and overall, we had an amazing experience. One recommendation for improvement would be to have more servers available around the pools and beach areas, as there were not enough staff to assist guests. I would also suggest adding more lifeguards around the swimming pools, especially for families with children. Overall, a great resort with excellent hospitality. We truly enjoyed our vacation and would definitely recommend it to family and friends. Looking forward to visiting again!"

"It is incredible that when you are at the property the staff cannot deliver proper information about th theme park. We were iinvited to visit it on a day it was closed, they did not let us know that and they did not provide any info on how the ticket price works during the soft opening, we had to investigate on tik tok. The property is excellent but this detail changed all our travel experience."

"The place is very clean, I really enjoyed the water service, that was unexpected but very much appreciated. The complementary breakfast is great with a vast selection of dishes (buffet) I only got to enjoy the last 2 days out of 7, but it was excellent. The entire staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff was very professional, polite, efficient and warm. I had a great stay. I recommend this place and I’ll be returning next time."
