“We had a fantastic stay with our family of four, including two younger children. The rooms were spotless and were cleaned daily. The staff was incredibly accommodating and always greeted us with a warm “hello” or “good morning.” The pool area was a highlight of our stay. “We were guests of sugar bay for three nights in late August. Overall, the experince was positve.The location is ideal, food was good, and staff was generally helpful. But there were some things for improvement. I wasn't aware that you could only make a reservation to premium dining once for every three nights. I wish this was more explicit in the booking. Also,”
