“We had a wonderful time at the Pompano! The first thing that stands out are the owners and the staff. The two brothers running it are incredibly engaged and helpful. Their family has owned the resort for 70 years, and it's obvious how much they care about the guests and the property. Every staff member we met was also incredibly pleasant and helpful. “Sitting by the pool on our balcony was lovely! We enjoyed our stay. Location is convenient to Hamilton city, and a grocery store is a block away for provisions. Convenient to the Rail Trail. The bathroom was well-appointed. The kitchen worked well. Lovely neighborhood. The host, Ms Dawkins, is very welcoming. The living room air conditioner did not work, which meant we had to leave the bedroom door open at all times to maintain cool - unfortunate for privacy, but the apartment did stay cool.”

“Overally it was very nice hotel and restaurent for my business trip with reseanable price. Hotel staffs are very kind and ready to serve. Only one problem is service of maids. The checkout day, I left recharge cord and adapter in my room but could not find at all. It was surely taken by maid. Please reinforce education to maids not to steal customers' belonging.”
