“Our stay was amazing. The staff were welcoming and friendly. They were also very helpful and eager to make sure we were comfortable and got where we needed to go. Excellent service and an excellent stay. We will definitely be returning to Bermuda and will definitely be staying at the Royal Palms again. Probably the best service and hotel stay I've had on vacation!”

“We were extremely let down by our stay at this property. The 4-5 star reviews should not be trusted especially if recently given. The hotel is nice looking but things are vastly spread out. Upon arrival we were supposed to get a cocktail which was water and or tea not a cocktail. That was strike 1. Then the early check in process through Amex did not work and we couldn’t check in until 4 pm. Those things are minor.
