“The Reefs is a beautiful property with a pristine beach. They have a unique layout with views of the water most everywhere. The staff is first class. The food and restaurants are among the best in Bermuda in my opinion.”

“It was the perfect stay for my wife and me during our 5 day stay. Food was amazing, our room was really nice and vibrant in a good way. The location made it really easy to explore Hamilton and be close to bus routes to spend the day at the beautiful beaches.”

“Property sits up in hills with lots of hills and steps. This property is not for handicapped people or if you have trouble climbing hills and lots of steps. Rooms are very outdated. Needs renovation. Breakfast was great. Dinner was good. Staff was excellent in helping you for whatever you need. You need to take a taxi or public bus to get to wherever you need to go. Property is at the west end of the island about 45 minutes from airport. Closer to Royal Dockyard.”

“Overally it was very nice hotel and restaurent for my business trip with reseanable price. Hotel staffs are very kind and ready to serve. Only one problem is service of maids. The checkout day, I left recharge cord and adapter in my room but could not find at all. It was surely taken by maid. Please reinforce education to maids not to steal customers' belonging.”
