“Loved our stay, everything was”

“The things I loved about this facility: it was clean, a lot of fun games by the main snack bar to play, even during spring break, there was enough space to not feel like you had to rush for anything. Things I wish I knew in advance? It is NOT all inclusive. Some items and the pizza place are excluded unless you have the premium package (I had no idea there was an option for this), there is only ONE main restaurant, and it is only a buffet - they have a pizza place (super small seating space)...

“Convenient location, good resort beach, pools and amenities, great breakfast, polite and helpful stuff. But the room we got was in very bad condition: - the patio door didn't open and we had to use side sliding panel to get to the patio - AC didn't work and it was only fixed on Monday, we spent 1st night in uncomfortably hot room, they moved us for another room for the second night - the phone initially didn't work until they replaced it WHY THEY DIDN'T CHECK THE ROOM CONDITION BEFORE THE...

“This hotel was perfectly located. Our room had a beautiful ocean view and a lovely, comfortable balcony to relax on. The room itself is huge and beautiful. The staff couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. Everyone greeted you and made every effort to make our stay comfortable. The beach was clean and not overcrowded. The restaurant served delicious food. The bar was lively at night but not crazy. Definitely recommend!!”
