“This hotel is in a great location with easy access to the water. The only thing that could have been better was the service. It really takes some effort to get food and drinks which is pretty disappointing when you’re trying to relax. I also found it odd that even with a card on file with the resort for charges, they made me close out every single time I ordered an item. It was a bit exhausting and annoying. We ended up spending far more time at other places where they had good service which...

“The all inclusive amenities are fantastic. The food was delicious and lots of variety! I would only recommend one thing… evening activities. Like movie under the stars or night time swim. Will stay again!”

“Our room was not clean upon arrival and not cleaned well during the week. There were ants everywhere and spider webs under cabinet and gum Stuck on cabinet between beds. Also, the bathroom faucet needs repairing. It moves. Room 304”

“This hotel was perfectly located. Our room had a beautiful ocean view and a lovely, comfortable balcony to relax on. The room itself is huge and beautiful. The staff couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. Everyone greeted you and made every effort to make our stay comfortable. The beach was clean and not overcrowded. The restaurant served delicious food. The bar was lively at night but not crazy. Definitely recommend!!”

“Penthouse suite had fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher. Balcony had very comfortable dining table and outdoor furniture. The only things lacking were facilities around the beautiful pool. Diving rinse tanks and change rooms/toilet/outdoor shower were unavailable during my weekend stay. ”
