“There was roaches but it looks beautiful inside ”

“Le Clos d'or appartements meublés est un établissement exceptionnel. Le cadre est sécurisé propre, luxueux, calme, et le personnel très professionnel, accueillant et à l'écoute. Ils m'ont offert de me récupérer à mon arrivée à l'aéroport et m'ont également raccompagnée au retour. Pour mes séjours dans la ville de Douala désormais c'est le Clos d'or 👌👍”

“If you like a hotel that is clean, secure & calm, then look no further. I was very impressed by the level of cleanliness, even the pool. There is a baggage scan & metal detectors upon arrival. The hotel location is very calm & quiet even during the day. Breakfast buffet was exceptional...something for everyone. Burger at Skybar was delicious, though a bit pricey. There's also a bakery next to the lobby. All staff members were very courteous & friendly. Hopefully, someday they can have an ATM...

“가격대비 만족도는 떨어짐.카메룬이 인프라에 비하여 호텔비용이 많이 비쌈.이 호텔은 일부는 리모델했는지 층마다 방 상태가 조금씩 다름.서비스는 없다고 생각하면됨.”

“시장 한가운데있음. 무거운 짐은 계단으로 들고 올라가야 함. 직원이 옮겨 주기도 하는데 불편. 시장 한가운데 있러서 소음이 좀 있음. 치약 칫솔 제공 안되고 헤어 드라이어 없음. 6시반부터 조식 가능하다더니 그 시간에 음식이 없음. 조식 먹는데 직원들 마스크 안끼고 음식 옮김. 그외 시설은 나쁘지 않으나....글쎄 이게 4성급 호텔인게 맞나? ”

“The reliability of the elevators was questionable, but otherwise the hotel was well maintained. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. There was a reasonable variety of dinner menu options and everything I ordered was very delicious. The breakfast was also very good.”

“Chambre non conforme à celle choisie : pas de balcon, pas 44 m2. Buffet du petit déjeuner de moyenne qualité et si vous n'êtes pas dans les premiers beaucoup d'ingrédients seront manquants. 3 points positifs : gentillesse du personnel, sécurité et propreté.”
