Dennoch war es ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt, denn in den nahe liegenden Bars trifft man sehr viele nette Leute. Wir blieben noch eine Nacht...”

“시장 한가운데있음. 무거운 짐은 계단으로 들고 올라가야 함. 직원이 옮겨 주기도 하는데 불편. 시장 한가운데 있러서 소음이 좀 있음. 치약 칫솔 제공 안되고 헤어 드라이어 없음. 6시반부터 조식 가능하다더니 그 시간에 음식이 없음. 조식 먹는데 직원들 마스크 안끼고 음식 옮김. 그외 시설은 나쁘지 않으나....글쎄 이게 4성급 호텔인게 맞나? ”

“The property itself is high standing and clean. However, I had issue with hot water that took one day to fix, there was water outage for hours and I could not shower to go run my errands, the breakfast could be better with fruits. ”

“The reservation process needs to be reviewed: for a second time this year, I arrived only to find out that they did not have my reservation. Apparently, according to the property, reservations are not transmitted to them in a timely manner. Let’s work on this Expedia, so we can avoid the embarrassment of arriving and being told that they do not have our room!”

“The staff at the reception did not have visibility of the booking I did online, they had to call the manager who confirms I booked online, but then did not provide information on the type of booking I did, hence I was given a standard room instead of the suite I booked, upon entering I realized the mistake and had to go back to reception to explain a this is not what I paid for, it took a while of explanations and showing of receipts and conversion from USD to the local currency before I was...
