"First of all - do NOT pay in advance on Hotels.com as the owner won't accept this and will claim that he never gets money from Hotels.com. I was too tired to argue, so I paid again at hotel (though I shoved him my e-mail confirmation that all was paid for). When I then was charged from both hotel and Hotels.com I had to contact Hotels.com to get my part refunded - no assistance or action from owner's side. "The hotel is great. Big, surrounded by nature, trees, a river, 2 excellent swimming pools and the staff is very friendly. Our room was simply perfect. The restaurant is a joke, a bad joke. They got almost nothing to serve. They dont even show you the menu because 70% of the menu is out. So you will eat what they got, not what you want. Quality of the food not good and terribly expensive."
