“The bathroom in the room need renovation since it not functional and extremely old. Also don't expect hot water for your shower between 10AM and 4pm since they shut it down during that time. It also a little bit noisy due that you are on the corner two major roads. So overall if I had to go back to La Fortuna I would choose another hotel.”

“Because we went to hot springs for few days, I had a lot of clothes to wash and dry. The laundry service was inexpensive and properly done. The staff at reception was friendly and willing to help with anything. The location was great just few min from most of hot springs and restaurants located in La Fortuna and Arenal Volcano Park area. “This was an excellent base for exploring La Fortuna and Arenal. You can easily book tours at the hotel or at kiosks in the town (2 mins walk away). They all offer options to collect you if you haven't got a car, but we think we did more for less money by having our own car. The rooms are spacious and have a fridge. The air-con was efficient and had a silent mode for night time. The bedsheets were a cotton polyester mix, which I was worried I wouldn't like, but they were fine. It was wonderful...
