“I ordered two rooms with jacuzzi and when I arrived they were under maintenance and they didn't refund me they gave me one of less money which I didn't agree with and the office was dirty they didn't give breakfast bad services”

“first off this is a trap house. It is so disgustingly dirty if I wasn’t so tired with my daughter checking in so late I would’ve literally rather sleep in the rental car and I didn’t really notice how dirty it was until the morning. I can tell you that the bed was clean and the sheets were clean, but that’s about it. The walls had graffiti on it that it looks like that they bleached out the rug were filthy discussing and dirty. There was a hole in the shower. Somebody left a propel water bottle...

“Million dollar views Staff attentive and helpful ”

“First thing, I pulled into the parking lot and the overall look of the premises looks like a shelter, unkept Secondly, the building smells like an animal shelter and an old ashtray. Thirdly, the people that are staying in the hotel are very questionable. Fourth, at this point I’m questioning my family’s safety? The complimentary breakfast was not the greatest, cold boiled eggs, hard bagels, very bruised bananas. The room was ok, clean sheets & towels, I guess that was the only decent thing....

“My second stay at that hotel. The staff was very kind and friendly, the facilities were spotlessly clean, and the room was comfortable and well-furnished. That's all I ever want from a hotel, and it was delivered.”
