“Breakfast was great and the grandkids really enjoyed the pool. The room was good, but not great, perhaps the staff could be trained to look at the details and not the overall picture. An extra minute or two cleaning, goes a long way.”

“First thing, I pulled into the parking lot and the overall look of the premises looks like a shelter, unkept Secondly, the building smells like an animal shelter and an old ashtray. Thirdly, the people that are staying in the hotel are very questionable. Fourth, at this point I’m questioning my family’s safety? The complimentary breakfast was not the greatest, cold boiled eggs, hard bagels, very bruised bananas. The room was ok, clean sheets & towels, I guess that was the only decent thing....

“This is a unique hotel in the middle of Chautauqua Institution. We had a fantastic room and thoroughly enjoyed the history and surroundings.”

“Everything was great! Room service checked everyday to see if we needed anything so that was very nice! The kid pool was extremely nice. We got to take our kids down and relax and not have to worry about them so much! We really enjoyed our stay! ”

“plenty of parking. Directly across the highway from the casino. A little loud being near a major highway and the interstate. Breakfast was a little weak. Rooms are very spacious and clean. I stay here now every time I go to Erie.”

My grandchildren were excluded from The event or information was not accurate? I probably would not choose this hotel again. Certainly not the White Inn values from when I lived there with my children.”

“This hotel did not have key cards it has house keys the hotel staff was caught inside my room 3 times snooping while they thought all of us were sleeping in the room scared my kids out of a sound sleep in the middle of the night the first time and then was caught 2 more times while my kids sat awake and quiet scared to death I would not recommend ANYONE stays here especially if the have kids! Very scetchy not safe!!!”

At night while blow drying my hair the power went out in my room. Staff came up after I called about 15-20 minutes later. He said there was nothing that maintenance could do… because they had never seen it happen before.
