“The hotel is very far 1 hour by taxi from Sauraha where the national Park is in. So, I chose the jeep safari tour from the hotel which didn't take us to the national Park, instead to the buffer zone only. The tour was good but very expensive.”

“Can you imagine , deers come to their ground and you are just in the middle of the jungle . The pool with a bar reminds you of the resorts in mexico . Amazing staff at the bar , I forgot his name .and Ramit Pandit who served us breakfast deserves 7 star for his outstanding service . I will visit again .”

“Relocate the reception desk to a location where it is clearly visible to guests.”

“Amazing hotel with exceptional customer service. Every member of staff was attentive and went beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The warm welcome from check in to the unexpected team check out will stay with me and I will most definitely stay there again when visiting Chitwan in the near future. Special mention for Manager Ashok and F&B staff Stuti and Anup. ”

“Overall experience was not bad at all. But front staff including some of their management didn’t know about the Expedia booking but they are available booking through Expedia. They make me wait there for 10 min without any reason just because of the expedia. ”

“Good service for activities to National park and jeep Safari leaves from there at a cheap price. Owner is very helpful and trustworthy. Bathroom and fan need an upgrade in my room. Maybe the others are better? Fan very noisy”

“The staff at this hotel were EXCELLENT. I felt very welcome at all times. I’m the location and services were ideal for enjoying the national park, and the in-house restaurant was very very good ”
