“Room was exceptionally spacious with sofa and balcony. Swimming pool was quiet, relaxing and water temperature and was just right. Daily cleaning was excellent. Cleaner very helpful. “Hade önskat en receptionen där man checkat in, det var själv check-in där vi blev visade hur man skulle påbörja det. Översättningar till engelska fanns vilket var ett stort plus! Mysig miljö, trevlig uteplats och väldigt centralt. Långt bort att parkera och det var stadens egna betal parkering vilket är ett minus. ”

“When I booked this hotel I had no idea what to expect as I was ment to be going to Luxembourg but that hotel canceled on me so at the last minute I booked here as it looked so lovely. And I was not disappointed, I had no idea on the area or what to see or do. But once I got here the idea is to do nothing. “Schön zentral gelegen, Parkmöglichkeiten sind vor dem Hotel etwas eingeschränkt, da es ein öffentlicher Parkplatz ist. Aber hier kann man im Hotal einen Garagenplatz mieten. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Die Lage des Hotels ist direkt an der Altstadt in der Nähe des Marktplatzes. “Wir waren für eine Übernachtung da und es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Abends waren wir im Wellness Bereich und ein sehr gepflegter, schöner Bereich. Die Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Das Bett sehr bequem. Service sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gegend sehr ruhig , in Nähe der Moselpromenade . Nach Cochem sind es zu Fuß ca. 10-15 min. ”

“Eine sehr gute Unterkunft, das Zimmer prima, das Personal freundlich, der Wellness-Bereich exzellent. Die Lage in der Fußgängerzone macht das Parken knifflig, aber das weiß man ja. Mir fehlte ein zweites Kopfkissen, was heute normal ist, und die laute Radiomusik beim Frühstück muss nicht sein. Und: Aus irgendeinem Grund hat man ein offenes Bücherbord -- in einem verschlossenen Raum.”

“The location and views were incredible! Our room was lovely; very clean, comfortable and charming. and there was so much care and detail for our 5 year old: special sheep sheets, a kids dining set for breakfast- it really made her feel special. Breakfast was delicious, and the stocked fridge to purchase beer or wine was really nice in the evening after we put our little one to sleep - we had a beer on our balcony looking up at the castle and out to the river. We will definitely need to return! ”
