The hotel is beautifully decorated, the breakfast is decent, location was a too busy for me, people walking around and loud club music till 4am. Hotel does offer earplugs. Highlight of the hotel is the rooftop that I didn't find out about til my last day. The front desk should promote the Penumbrā bar when checking in guests as the view of the city is amazing from there. "

"Buena ubicación muy conveniente cerca a todo en la 70. No es un resort grande pero vale la pena por el precio tiene las necesidades básicas. Mucho ruido toda la noche porque es en el centro de la 70 pero entendido. La única cosa que no me gustó es que no había acceso al otro lado de la terraza con la vista de la ciudad. Aparte de eso fue una buena estadía yo volvería de nuevo para un viaje corto a Medellín. "

"This is by far the best hotel in Cartagena, Bocagrande area. It’s secured and well maintained. Great buffet breakfast. If I had any complaints, is that the elevators were a little slow but it was due to high occupancy, but not really an issue. Highly recommend. "

"El hotel muy limpio, la recámara igual muy limpia confiable organizada, el personal amable aunque siempre hay alguien que supera los límites un joven ya un poco más maduro de ojos claros nos ayudo a instalarnos con el equipaje y el siguiente día nadie llego hacer el aseo del cuarto y pregunté en recepción el inmediatamente llego al cuarto a llevarnos, toallas, saco la basura y se portó muy amable y servicial con nosotros trabaja el turno de la tarde luego también cuando yo hice la reserva fue a una habitación con vista a la ciudad y me dieron una con balcón si pero no tenia ninguna vista solo unas paredes pregunte para cambiar habit"
